I know how hard it is to begin an exercise program.
It is, without a doubt, the hardest step.
But, you know you need to start taking better care of yourself.
You know that you don’t get STRONGER as you get OLDER if you DO NOTHING!
Here is ONE thing you can do today: 1 Push-Up …..on the counter, from your knees, on the stairs…the version you pick doesn’t matter.
Years ago I heard about a study that showed people who did just one push-up every day were healthier than those who didn’t.
Maybe it was because those people had other healthy habits, I don’t know. But it makes sense.
One push-up today will be more than you did yesterday and I bet that if you commit to doing one push-up every day for one month…you’ll WANT to become more active (maybe you’ll do two push-ups!)
